You agree that you will not use this site or the representatives of Striker VIP to make false, fraudulent or speculative reservations or purchases.
Much of the information on this site is supplied by third party providers, and Striker VIP accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, inaccuracies or misleading statements which may appear anywhere on this site, whether or not they were supplied by third party providers.
The tour operators, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel gear and accessory manufacturers on this site are third party providers, and Striker VIP has no control whatsoever over their actions or inactions. Striker VIP is not responsible for third party failure to perform, breach of contract, or any action, intentional or negligent, which results in any loss, injury, delay or damage to you or your property or to anyone traveling with you, or to the property of that party. Striker VIP cannot and does not guarantee third party provider reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or the performance of scheduled flights, cruises or tours, or the availability of hotel rooms or rental cars.
Striker VIP does not warrant the contents of this site as to accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties thereof, express or implied, are disclaimed. In no event shall Striker VIP be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or any special, punitive or consequential damages of any kind arising from use of this site, even if Striker VIP has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above exclusions may not apply to you.
The laws of the state of Nevada shall govern this agreement, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, in all contingencies and disputes arising from your use of this site.
Striker VIP reserves the right to change any aspect of this site, or to modify, add, or cancel any of these terms and conditions. You agree to abide by whatever terms and conditions are in effect at the time of your use.
Striker VIP reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to this site if, in its sole discretion, Striker VIP believes user conduct violates any applicable law or is harmful to Striker VIP or to any third party provider.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Striker VIP.
Reservations Booked through Striker VIP Services.com
General
You must be 21 years old to check into a hotel in Las Vegas and will be asked to present a valid picture I.D. at time of check-in. Individual hotels may impose other restrictions and these will be noted on the reservation request page. Reservations made for other holiday; event and convention periods may also be subject to special restrictions and/or may be non-refundable. If you need to get in touch with Striker VIP, call 702-895-8426. We will get back to you within 48 hours or less.
Cancellation policy
The entire down payment for the party is non-refundable. All other cancellations will be subject to a 20% refund charge. Refunds can be requested up to 7 days in advance of the party. Refunds must be requested by email or in writing. Any cancellation must result in all double occupancy rooms being filled to capacity, or no refund will be issued. Therefore, please try to coordinate with the other party attendees before requesting a refund to insure all rooms are filled. Reservation changes subject to the difference in hotels' nightly room rate plus any change charges, if appropriate.
All services purchased through Striker VIP such as limo tours and concierge services are non-refundable regardless of reason for cancellation.
Payment methods
We accept only credit or debit cards for payment. Credit and debit cards accepted are: American Express Master Card Visa. Your credit/debit card will be charged in full at the time your reservation is made. If your credit card is declined, your booking will be canceled and we will attempt to notify you, if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address or phone number.
Disclaimer
Striker VIP shall have no responsibility for any travel related problems you may experience. Striker VIP in no way guarantees VIP services provided through the limousine tours. We will provide special request information to the individual hotels; however, Striker VIP cannot guarantee these requests. Striker VIP shall not be liable for personal injury, damage or property loss from the acts, omissions or negligence of any person providing accommodations. Striker VIP is not responsible for any inconvenience that may eventuate if you must be moved to another hotel for any reason.
Accuracy of data
The data and services provided by Striker VIP.com are provided "as is." Striker VIP does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for particular purpose of any of the data or services provided by Striker VIP, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law disclaims all implied warranties in connection with such data or services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Striker VIP be liable for any losses, injuries, claims, or damages (including incidental, consequential, lost profits or lost savings) arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the reservation data and services. In the event such limitation of liabilities is not allowed under state law, Striker VIP maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the service charges paid to Striker VIP for the services rendered.
